Suffering from writers block, not a good thing especially when it’s you’re job to write. It’s just this isn’t the type of story were you just spit out the facts and call it a day. It requires a fun and light element. The creative juices are running dry for me tonight but I must keep attempting because my deadline is coming up.

My goal in life is to be like Jamie Beck from From Me To You or at least some version of her. I always want to remain true to myself.
Her blog was one of the first tumblogs I started to follow and I’ve been in love since. She takes the most gorgeous photographs and is the co-creator of the cinemagraph! Don’t even get me started on her style. She dresses beautifully. As I once told her in a message, “she is elegance come to life.” Beck is definitely one of my favorite contemporary photographers. I’m putting her on my list of people I want to interview before I die.

So my grandma and her nurse are not home and yet the nurse’s car is here. I’ve been home for almost an hour and they are not back. My head already goes into “Unsolved Mysteries” mode. Too much “Unsolved Mysteries” at night, they could be getting ice cream or something.
UPDATE (Unsolved Mysteries voice): Ten minutes later from this last post, my grandma and her nurse came back. Turns out they were having lunch at the neighbors house. Now the nurse is making me eat this nasty purée carrot thing with raisins. Yuck! How do I tell her that I don’t like it?
Mentioning “Unsolved Mysteries” lead me to look it up on Tumblr and I found this. Now I’m freaked out because I played this while being home alone. I feel like someone will staring at me through the glass door if I turn around and look…Phew no one is there.

The Queen of Disco, Donna Summer, dies at age 63. If I wasn’t at work I’d blast “Hot Stuff” right now. I’ll blast it in my internal radio station. This is so sad, I love her music.
